Before we had an interior, I didn't care too much about getting water in the plane. Water flows around the canard and into the gaps. It flows to the lowest point which is the elevator torque tube opening then down into the plane.

It is possible to work on sealing the gaps. The torque tube must move so sealing it could be tricky. I've opted to make some drip rails instead. These will go between the canard bulkhead and the aft canard mounting tab. They have a 1/4" gap at the top that will flow to a drain tube. I'm going to plumb the drains to exit out of the nose oil cooler plenum. I'll put them in with silicone when I'm ready.
