Its time to start attaching the cores to the spar. In this picture the leading edge cores are being bonded to the spar. I used mixing sticks covered with electrical tape as guides. First I hot glued sticks to the top of the spar. Then I buttered up the leading edge face of the spar and the cores with a wet micro-slurry. I put the cores in place and glued sticks to the bottom. I checked about a dozen times to see that the cores were straight and the leading edge was level. The cores aren't perfect, but they are very good. There will be some sanding necessary when I get all of the cores attached.
